At this meeting we had a theme and did some organisational workshop work.

We played around with fire in processing.

As a starting point we used FireCube

Organisational part

We discussed the suggestion for Organisation by-laws.

We found that it was to easy to exclude members - thus we changed that part. Now it would require an general assembly to throw somebody out.

But then we went on to disussing why we even want to be a tradional "folkeoplysende forening", as this is a "top-govern" form of organisation and why want to organize in a "hackerspace - anarchistic fashion".

As the reasoning behind creating a "forening" was that it would enable us to :

1. Get a bankaccount
2. Apply for funding
3. Rent a space

We decided that we should examine what the specific requrements was, do we need a board?, what does a bank require for us to get an account and do landlords have any requirements?

• Markus would examine the bank side of it all
• Micheal would examine the landlords requirement
• Markus did write an email to some lawyers asking about funding???
