  • Do we need any theme things for the coming meetings?

Minutes

We had a recap of the discussion about OSAA, what it means to Hack Århus. The two organisations will be separate.

The membership fee was discussed, and we settled on 10 kr. a month. We don't have anything to spend the money on right now, and space fees will be handled by OSAA, but a small amount in the bank is probably good.

We made small adjustments to the bylaws (changing the order of electing auditors and board at general assemblies, added membership fee).

Here are the relevant bylaws for the organization: http://www.hackaarhus.dk/w/index.php?title=Organisation&oldid=776
